Our goal at Gallery Salon is to ensure your special day is a memorable one for you and your bridal party. To ensure the best results, you should:

• Schedule your appointments 3 months in advance.
• Schedule a trial pre-wedding hair appointment at least two – three weeks before the wedding date.
• Bring your wedding headpiece with you. Your stylist will artistically arrange your hair to showcase your headpiece.
• Schedule a trial pre-wedding make-up application appointment at least two – three weeks before the wedding date. Your makeup will be professionally and intricately applied to ensure a beautiful, camera-ready glow.
• Schedule your Manicure and Pedicure appointments for a day or two prior to the wedding date. Our nail technician will ensure your nails are beautifully presented.
• Give your skin the moisture it needs and schedule your customized facial the week prior to your wedding date. Our estheticians will give you and your skin the pampering you need and deserve.
• Does your honeymoon include lying poolside or on a beach at a tropical destination? Leg and/or bikini waxing the week of your wedding date will give you a confident, razor-free trip!
• Schedule a series of customized massages to relax you and help you to let go of all the pre-wedding stress. Provide the “self-care” you truly need at this hectic time in your life!

Policies and Conditions

• All wedding services are priced upon consultation to meet individual needs.
• Pre & Post Regularly Scheduled Salon Hours are based on salon team availability.
• Cancellation Policy: All appointments must be confirmed by 3pm 48 hours prior to the wedding day (ex: Wed. for a Fri. wedding day and Thur. for a Sat. wedding day). All changes or cancellations must be made by that time or each missed appointment will be subject to 100% fee charged to the credit card on file.
• Please be aware that gratuities are not included and may only be accepted by cash or personal check.
   

Tips to make your appointments run smoothly

1. Please be on time for your appointments. We coordinate appointments to assist you in being photo-ready for your photographer.
2. Hair being designed into an Up-Do, should be washed and completely dry (preferably the night before).
